Adds an exact-model validation path for OpenAI-compatible custom endpoints that do not implement GET /models. The known model is tested through chat completions before the provider can be added.\n\nValidation:\n- npm test (174 passing)\n- macOS Electron capture harness\n- focused mock server regression with /models unsupported
